Relating better
"I've always struggled to let go. I am a bit of a control freak. I feel like this might be holding us back. I still love him and feel we want the same things, but I get frustrated about things not getting done, and anxious sometimes."
Missing something?
"I often wonder if we're missing something...more connection, deeper connection perhaps? We're happy enough but curious; perhaps there's more to a relationship than this. Are we even on the right path? We're OK as we are, but I'm sure there's more potential..."
Lost?
"After a series of challenging life events, something shifted. We've kind of lost our mojo. What's happening to us?"
Nearly one in five British couples are in a “distressed relationship” - that’s about 18% - regularly arguing, regretting being together, or considering separation.
And...
Over 20% of UK adults report experiencing a complete breakdown in a personal relationship in just one year.
What will my retreat involve?
We want to make sure you feel our Couples Retreat is a good fit for where you're at. We invite you first to a Discovery Call with one of our practitioners to explore, then we welcome you to our country home for your experience to begin...

Welcome to our family home
Green rolling fields, a rose garden, lawns and orchards. A new horizon with space to be you, to learn and explore your relationship.
You'll arrive in time for elevenses, group introductions and agreeing team rules. Then we begin.
- Why are you here, how do you relate, and what sort of relationship do you want?
We'll introduce you to Transactional Analysis - the art of choosing how we interact, with our self and with our partner.

Workshops in the Panelled Room
We'll reveal a new model for understanding yourself and your partner. Covering the essentials of your personal relating style - your Drivers, Blockers, stress reactions - and the building blocks of a fulfilling relationship. We'll share a new model - "the Ok-way" - for creating a positive, lasting relationship based on respect, clear communication and empathy.

Let the music begin...
The highlight: The London Mozart Players join us for a unique, interactive and immersive exploration of teamwork.
The classical orchestra is a powerful metaphor for how we relate and operate as a team. Immersing yourself in this unique live experience brings the principles you're learning to life, allowing you to see what it takes to achieve a close fulfilling relationship - and hear the difference.
