Just after uni, I was at a bit of a loss as what to do next.

I had a few options available, but was just not getting round to following up or doing it… I realise now it was because I thought I wasn’t going to be good enough. So I ended up in this cycle of not taking responsibility for things and feeling bad about it, and myself.

Got myself into certain opportunities but never really grabbed myself by the balls to go for it. I was making up these conspiracy theories in my head of the things that could go wrong and had this horrible feeling. 

Eventually I got over it, actually watching philosophical videos helped. I learnt that you have to be accountable for yourself and find a purpose. So I started to really go for it with work, and feel proud. It’s easy to underestimate yourself, but even if you do fall on your face, it’s never as bad as you think.
