The Corona Virus is causing chaos. And we could be in this for the long haul. So awareness and prevention of the mental health impact of the Corona virus is key.
We are a nation that is worrying. About our health, about our families, the isolation, about potential shut down, about money. Luckily there’s someone who can personally help you through it. A therapist.

Being on our own can be great - calm, revitalising. But we are social beings: extended periods without human contact takes it toll. There are practical steps you can take and professionals here to talk if it gets too much.
It's hard worrying about family and friends. It's hard watching the news. Anxiety can impact physical immunity. During the Corona crisis we're offering short-term mindfulness and anxiety-specific sessions to help keep us all calm and connected.
When we spend more time than usual at home with the same people, it puts pressure on everyone. Relationships can become strained, communication changes, feelings of irritation, claustrophobia and "suffocation" can set in. And when we're distanced from our colleagues and everyone else - that doesn't help.
